Sixty cards, four copies of a name (except Basic Energy), and only cards with the current regulation marks. The marks rotate. Old favorites leave.
Deck lists are public. If you buy singles here for Standard, check the regulation letter on the card, not just the Pokémon name.
Best-of-one at most locals. Best-of-three with a sideboard only when the event says so — do not assume.
