Play legality
Legal when the card is on the current Standard list. A stamp does not ban it or make it legal.
Promos are extra cards from tins, boxes, and events. Some are reprints. Some are unique numbers.
Read the regulation mark. A beautiful promo of a rotated Pokémon is a binder card, not a Standard card.

Full-art chase of an existing card. Collectors hunt these; decks can play the cheap version.
